For Parents
Parents can begin developing strengths in children between birth and eleven years by providing them with rich memories and a variety of activities to explore and by celebrating their innate personality traits. Active engagement in strength identification can begin when children are able to self-reflect, at around age twelve. It is important for parents to understand that developing strengths in children is an ongoing activity that must be sustained over time and involve progressive activities that build on one another to form lifelong habits. This website will strive to maintain a steady stream of practical ideas and useful tips for you. See our Resources page on the left for a start. There will be new content added on a regular basis.
