Find Your Strengths

Even as you help your children focus on their learning, activity and relationship strengths, you can take a little time to consider yours. It's never too late. There are a number of great resources out there to do this. Here are a few of our favorites:

Trombone Player Wanted- This set of short inspirational videos by Marcus Buckingham offers a compelling vehicle for rethinking your focus on strengths over weaknesses. Plus it's set in a middle school.

Gallup Strengths Finder- Based on the book by Donald Clifton, the online instrument allows you to perform a strengths inventory. A good starting place to get you thinking differently.
